(*) Student's Proof = please provide a copy of your student ID (Student delegate = enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD program. Student fee does not apply for PostDoc programs). Please send a proof of your student ID via e-mail to sem-eco@fkit.hr.
Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Tax is included in the registration fee. For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered and fee payed by the November 25th, 2019.
Please include the reference of your work in the description of your bank transference. You can find the reference of your work on the acceptance notification e-mail we've sent you.
We inform you that no fees will be returned in case of cancellation after November 25th. In case you need to cancel your participation after that date, your papers will be published in the e-books of the congress and it will be send to you by post.

Participants of symposium who require a visa to enter Croatia must obtain it by themselves. The symposium organisers will provide an invitation letter for visa applications on request.
